Kristen Chambers is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in adolescent and adult psychiatry. At Mental Health Haven, she provides outpatient comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management and therapy for adolescents, adults and their families. Kristen is also trained in providing ketamine therapy, which is offered at the Stuart location.

This 90 minute session is for new clients and focuses on evaluating current symptoms to develop a personalized treatment plan. We will explore your mental health history, nutrition, and lifestyle to better support your overall emotional and physical wellbeing. We offer this service in person or virtual sessions on a secure, HIPAA compliant platform.

FOLLOW UP VISIT

This 30 minute session will focus on discussing and optimizing medications so that you feel your very best with as little medication as possible. We also have extensive knowledge of over the counter supplements and nutritional therapies. We offer this service in person or virtual on a secure, HIPAA compliant platform.

FOLLOW UP VISIT

This 60 minute session focuses on using the therapeutic relationship to support healing and transformation. The focus is often on medication management alone or combined with psychotherapy.
