Mental Health Haven does not accept health insurance. If you have certain “out of network benefits” you may be able to submit a detailed receipt called a superbill for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company.
I treat adolescents from 12-17, and adults.
The 90 minute initial evaluation is $350. 30 minute follow up appointments are $200, and 60 minute follow ups are $300.
I am currently licensed in Florida and Colorado, and am able to see residents of these states only.
